  • With Sponsoring Institutions (Enterprise Plans): If your access is provided by your employer, hospital, or academic institution, your performance metrics, training progress, and account usage will be shared with that institution's administrators.

  • With Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, web hosting, email delivery, scheduling software, and our VR simulation delivery partners (e.g., SimX).
