A retired U.S. Navy Nurse Corps officer with over two decades of experience in high-stakes military and civilian healthcare, Dago founded ClinSpec Solutions with a clear mission: to make advanced procedural training accessible, repeatable, and measurable.
As a board-certified vascular access provider and clinical nurse specialist, he combines deep bedside expertise with a rigorous educational framework. Dago leverages principles of mastery learning and cognitive load-aware design to deconstruct complex PICC and midline workflows into intuitive, learnable steps.
His background in perioperative nursing and trauma deployments has shaped his relentless focus on high-reliability care, evidence-based practice, and reducing clinical variation to improve patient outcomes.
